Shishir Prakash is an Award-winning Advocate with over 19 years of experience in Civil, Criminal & Constitutional Matters with reported judgments in leading law journals. Presently, he is the Standing Counsel for Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Uttpadan Evam Paresham Nigam and Special Counsel for UPPTCL. Shishir Practices in the Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court, Allahabad, and other High Courts of India.
Shishir Prakash started his practice under the guidance of his illustrious father, Senior Advocate and Former Addl. Advocate General (U.P), (Late) Mr. P.P. Srivastava, in the year 2004. For more than 19 years, Shishir has represented national and state governments and companies in the banking, Media, insurance, construction, and development industries. He regularly handles high stakes matters in the Supreme Court of India and High Courts across the country.
